Computer is frozen

If your device has froze and will not go back to normal:

Apple Devices 
1. Sometimes, running too many processes at once may cause the computer to lag(freeze up). Processes include tabs you've opened to different websites. Try to give it a moment to catch up with the processes.
2. Avoid keeping open too many tabs at once or close them when you no longer need them.
3. You can force quit the open application by pressing command+alt+escape(esc) at the same time.
4. Hold the power button or Command+Esc+ to shutdown the computer  and restart it.

Windows Devices 
1. Sometimes, running too many processes at once may cause the computer to lag. Try to give it a moment to catch up with the processes.
2. You can force quit the open application by pressing command+alt+delete at the same time and choose applications to end.
