Lost or not working charger.

I lost or damaged the charger to my device.

If you have accidentally misplaced your charger we can offer you a replacement. 
  1. Although lost/damaged chargers are not covered by our warranty, we do offer special customer pricing for replacement chargers.
  2. In the event that your charger stopped working, you may send it in to determine if a replacement would be covered under our warranty. Sometimes chargers can go 'bad' or stop functioning due to surges in outlets or other electrical occurrences. Of course we do offer discounted 'at cost' replacements as a courtesy to support our customers.
  3. Please submit a ticket with the following information:
    1. Brand Name of your laptop.
    2. Model number - usually located at the bottom of your device.
    3. Receipt from purchase - if available.
